Connect your bank

Before you start

You need your banking app on the same phone. Groat uses open banking, so you approve the link inside your bank, not inside Groat.

Steps

1. Open Groat and tap Add account

2. Choose your bank from the list

3. Approve the request in your banking app

4. Come back to Groat; your balance appears within a minute

Good to know

Groat can read balances and transactions. It cannot move money, and the link expires after 90 days unless you renew it.
