Groat sets aside your bills and savings, then tells you what you can spend today.

Groat is a budgeting app with one number in it. It connects to a UK current account through open banking, takes out the bills that are still to come and whatever you are saving, and divides what is left by the days until payday. The result is a daily figure that goes up when you spend less and down when you spend more. Groat is made by four people in Edinburgh and paid for by its users.
